The system

One backbone. Every product.

None of the studio's products stands alone. Wilson, Maude, Otto, Abel, Gabriel — each is a room in the same building, wired to the same backbone. That backbone is the Motif system, and it's why one small studio ships like a big one.

Agents

Wilson runs the studio itself — research, QA, drafts, handoffs. The same agent discipline lives inside every product: prepare first, a human approves, then it ships. Nothing sends itself.

A skills library

Every workflow the studio learns — reviewing, testing, deploying, designing — is written down as a skill any agent can run. Build it once for Otto, and Maude gets it for free. That's the compounding.

Shared memory

Context follows the work across machines, models, and sessions. The system remembers what was decided and why, so nothing gets rebuilt from scratch and nothing ships twice.

One design language

Cream paper, drawn lines, one gold ember. Every product wears its own face — Wilson's glass, Maude's linen, Otto's counter — but they're drawn by the same hand, on the same paper.

The ember on the front page isn't decoration — it's the system itself: one piece of work, carried from room to room, gaining from every hand it passes through. The studio also puts this backbone to work for others — it designs and builds websites end to end. Talk to the studio about yours.
